If you're not completely happy with how it works for you within 30 days of delivery, just reach out and we'll refund the full cost of that first bottle, less shipping, VAT, and duties, to your original payment method. No need to send it back — we hope you'll finish the bottle and give it a fair shot.

The guarantee covers one 30 Day Supply per product, per customer. If you ordered multiple bottles at once, it applies to the first bottle only, and we'll help you arrange a return for any unopened bottles. For subscriptions, the guarantee applies to your first shipment; after that, you can cancel anytime through your customer portal.

Refunds are issued promptly on our end and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
